Lakes Area Brick House started from a lifelong passion for LEGO that truly took off when our youngest went off to college, giving me more time to devote to a hobby I had always loved. What began as building, collecting, and rebuilding LEGO sets gradually grew into a small business dedicated to helping other LEGO fans find the parts, sets, and minifigures they need.

As a veteran-owned small business based in the Chisago Lakes area of Minnesota, my goal is simple: to provide honest service, fair prices, and quality LEGO products while keeping as many bricks as possible in the hands of builders instead of landfills.

I enjoy buying LEGO collections, sorting and restoring used bricks, parting out sets, rebuilding complete sets, and helping customers find replacement parts or restore sets that have been missing pieces for years. I'm also working to restore many used LEGO sets with all of their original pieces so they can be enjoyed again by a new generation of builders.

One of my favorite parts of the hobby is building my LEGO city. It is an ongoing project that continues to grow with new buildings, trains, vehicles, and details. The city is very much a work in progress, and I plan to continue expanding it for years to come. As it grows, I'll be sharing photos and updates here on the website and at local events. I hope it inspires other builders and shows that LEGO is about creativity, imagination, and having fun at any age.

Whether you're looking for a single replacement part, a retired set, a favorite minifigure, or you'd like to sell a LEGO collection, I'd love the opportunity to help.

Thank you for supporting a local small business, and happy building!
